Welcome to Sawdust & Espresso, a woodworking shop and coffee and comfort food drive-thru in Walla Walla, Washington. We’re restoring original Hell’s Half Acre buildings into a place where handcrafted woodwork, espresso drinks, hot dogs, paninis, and poutine come together under one roof. Every part of this project is being built and restored by hand, and you’re invited to follow along.

Sawdust & Espresso started with a workshop, a second chance, and two people willing to bet on themselves. What began as a woodshop slowly grew into something more — a shared dream, a restored piece of Hell’s Half Acre, and a place with a future rooted in its past. Every board, every setback, and every step forward has a story behind it — and this is only the beginning.

The Restaurant
Sawdust & Espresso is a drive-thru and walk-up restaurant in Walla Walla serving loaded hot dogs, paninis, French fries, poutine, milkshakes, fountain drinks, and handcrafted espresso beverages. Located in restored Hell’s Half Acre buildings, it’s a place where craftsmanship, comfort food, and community come together.
