Built by Hand. Shared With the World.

Building Half Acre is a real-world small-business build documenting the creation of a woodshop and drive-thru restaurant in Walla Walla, Washington.

We work with companies whose tools, equipment, and systems help move the project forward.

As the build progresses we feature the equipment we use in real conditions — in the shop, on the property, and in the restaurant.

This isn’t a corporate project. It’s being built by two people, by hand, documenting every success, mistake, lesson, and milestone along the way.

Through our website, videos, and social platforms, people are following the journey — not just to see the finished business, but to see how it’s built.

We’re inviting a small number of partners to be part of that story.

What We’re Building

Sawdust & Espresso combines:

• A fully operational woodworking shop
• A drive-thru and walk-up comfort food and espresso restaurant
• A documented restoration of historic Hell’s Half Acre buildings
• A real-world demonstration environment for tools, equipment, and supplies

This project is being shared publicly through:

Why Companies Partner With Us

This project provides partners with something traditional advertising cannot:

Authentic, real-world use.

Your equipment, tools, or products become part of the build itself — used daily, demonstrated honestly, and seen by an audience invested in the outcome.

This creates trust.

And trust creates customers.

Partner Benefits

Partners may receive:

• Product placement in active workshop and restaurant
• Mentions and features on our website and social content
• Long-term visibility as part of the finished business
• Real-world demonstrations of equipment in use
• Sponsor recognition on BuildingHalfAcre.com

We are committed to presenting partners honestly and respectfully, as part of the project.

Our Audience

Our audience includes:

• Small business owners
• Woodworkers and makers
• Contractors and builders
• Entrepreneurs
• Customers and community members

These are people who buy tools, equipment, and supplies — and who value real-world experience.

Our Reach

Our audience is growing as the project progresses.

Each milestone brings new visitors, followers, and supporters.

Because this is a real build — not staged content — engagement is authentic and long-lasting.

This is a long-term project, and partner visibility grows with it.
